• Sleep Safely: Remove all jewelry before going to bed to prevent accidental pulling, tangling, or damage to delicate chains and settings.

Cleaning Instructions

• Regular Maintenance: After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to remove surface oils and dirt.
• Deep Cleaning: For a thorough clean, use a solution of lukewarm water and a few drops of mild, fragrance-free dish soap.Soak for 5–10 minutes, then use a very soft-bristled brush (like a baby toothbrush) to clean hard-to-reach areas.Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
• Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, baking soda, or commercial jewelry "dips," especially on plated or gemstone pieces, as these can strip finishes or scratch surfaces.

• Global Delivery: We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our customers across the globe.
• Origin of Shipment: Our most popular, regularly stocked items ship directly from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. To ensure the fastest delivery, some specialty items may ship directly from our global designers and suppliers.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, with shipment occurring the following day. Note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or during major holidays.
• Delivery Timelines: Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Customs & Duties: All prices are displayed tax-free in USD. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once it reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
